    Wilander is a former world #1 player and winner of seven Grand Slam Singles titles. He finished 1988 ranked #1 in the world and led Sweden three times to winning the Davis Cup in 1984, 1985 and 1987. Wilander won his fourth Grand Slam Singles title at the age of 20, making him the youngest player in history to accomplish this feat. He has coached top ATP players such as Marat Safin and Paul-Henri Mathieu. In 2002, he was inducted into the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Wilander stays involved in tennis as captain of Sweden’s Davis Cup team and as a tennis commentator. In 2010, he became a special advisor to JTCC. He provides guidance to JTCC players and coaches regarding mental toughness and commitment to high performance training.
