Current Fitness Classes

November 28 – December 19

4 week session with classes every Tuesday evening led by Jonathan Hill

Dates: November 28, December 5, December 12, December 19

7:00 – 8:00 PM – Intermediate: Moderately paced fitness class with sport specific aspects, designed to enhance court play as well as general fitness levels.

Upcoming Saturday Fitness Classes 

December 2 – December 30

4 Weeks Session with classes every Saturday morning led by Jon Hill

Dates: December 2, December 16, December 23, December 30

9:00 – 10:00 AM – Adult Beginner (Age 18+): Fundamental fitness class designed to help individuals develop a stronger fitness base as it relates to aerobic capacity and strength. 

10:00 – 11:00 AM – Adult Intermediate (Age 18+): Moderately paced fitness class with sport specific aspects, designed to enhance court play as well as general fitness levels. 

11:00 AM – 12:00 PM – Junior Advanced (Age 10 – 18): Fast pace fitness class with high intensity exercises that will improve strength, agility/mobility, and aerobic output.
